****IMPORTANT CONSUMER NOTICE****

Due to the instability of the current price of diesel fuel, there may be a price increase to your original quote. Auto Relocation Specialist will contact you first to advise you of the increased cost. Choosing this option will ensure your vehicle will be transported in a timely manner. However, you will always have the option to continue looking for a carrier at the original quoted price with the understanding that it will most likely take longer than originally anticipated. You do have the option to cancel your order without cost or obligation.

Shipping agreements may be entered into over the phone, by completing the shipping order form and faxing it into our office, or by filling in the shipping order form and emailing to our office. By any method, shipper (or agent) is representing to Auto Relocation Specialist, that shipper (or
agent) has authorization to make shipping arrangements for this vehicle. By submitting an order online, fax or email, Auto Relocation Specialist, understands shipper (or agent) is placing an order and accepts the Terms and Conditions found here and on Auto Relocation Specialist, web site.

The normal pickup timeframe is 1 to 10 business days. Pickup and delivery dates are contingent upon carrier availability and season. All dates and times given are an approximation. We cannot guarantee exact dates or times of when the vehicle will be picked up or delivered. Carriers may be subject to delays. Auto Relocation Specialist will not be held responsible for any expense related to a delay (car rental fees, storage fees, accommodation fees, etc.)

Auto Relocation Specialist does not guarantee transport by any specific driver, carrier, or along any specific route.

Auto Relocation Specialist will arrange for door-to-door transport of the vehicle. We will never use terminal facilities to store the vehicle while waiting for a carrier to pick it up. There are times when carriers are unable to drive to a specific pickup or delivery location. It is the responsibility of the carrier and shipper (or agent) to make arrangements to meet at an alternative location.

Deposit is paid by Paypal, credit or debit card. There will be a 3% admin fee if paid in full. The deposit information is collected at the time you place the order but not processed until it has been
verified that the vehicle has been loaded onto the transporter and is in route to the designated delivery location.

Payment to the carrier is due upon delivery. Unless other arrangements have been made ahead of time, payment will be made with cash, cashier's check or money order. Should delivery be attempted after proper notification (2 to 24 hours in advance to phone number provided) and the shipper (or agent) is 1) unavailable to receive delivery, 2) does not have the proper funds, or 3)
refuses delivery of the vehicle, carrier will transport the vehicle to a nearby storage facility until the matter can be resolved. Shipper (or agent) will be responsible for any accumulated storage fees, redelivery fees, etc.

Offshore shipments (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, etc.) require payment in full at the time the shipping order form is submitted. Offshore payments can be made by the same methods as deposits listed above.

Due to changing and unpredictable market conditions, seasonal weather, traffic, mechanical difficulties and fluctuating gas prices, Auto Relocation Specialist quotes are valid for 10 days. After 10 days, please call for an updated rate.

This shipping agreement is subject to all of the Terms and Conditions of the carrier's Bill of Lading and are incorporated herein.

Auto Relocation Specialist agrees to have the vehicle(s) described in the shipping agreement transported on or about the dates requested. Auto Relocation Specialist will assign a reliable carrier (agent) to fulfill the terms and conditions of this agreement.

The carrier's responsibility begins when the shipper (or agent) signs the Bill of Lading at the time of pickup and terminates when the shipper (or agent) signs the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. Auto Relocation Specialist must be notified should the shipper (or agent) be unavailable
for pickup or delivery, or if either the pickup or delivery locations change, with sufficient time to notify the carrier. If a carrier is sent out and the vehicle is not available for pickup, Auto Relocation Specialist reserves the right to charge a $100 rescheduling fee.

Auto Relocation Specialist hereby notifies shipper (or agent) that vehicles will be driven on and off the transporter, or to and from the transporter at the designated pickup and delivery locations, as needed to facilitate the transport of the vehicle.

A $125 "In-Op" fee will be applied to vehicles that are non-operational and do not require more than a standard wench to load on and off the transport vehicle. This fee is included in the quoted price when the shipper (or agent) has indicated this in the request for a quote. If the vehicle becomes non-operational at any time from the time of pickup, or it was not known at the time the quote was given, an "In-Op" fee will be applied and payable to the carrier at the time of delivery.

Non-operational vehicles may require different equipment to load and offload the transport vehicle. It is the shipper's (or agent's) responsibility to notify Auto Relocation Specialist and the carrier of what makes the car non-operational. Vehicles requiring more than a standard wench to load or offload the vehicle will be subject to additional fees as determined by the carrier. These fees are payable to the carrier at the time of delivery. Please ask your carrier to provide documentation of these additional fees.

Please notify Auto Relocation Specialist at the time of requesting a quote of the correct vehicle type (car, SUV, truck, van, etc) and whether there is anything non-stock about the vehicle (lifts, oversized tires, etc.) Vehicle type and alternations may affect the quoted price.

Auto Relocation Specialist is an agent for you. We arrange for the transportation of the vehicle by finding an appropriate carrier. We do not own trucks or physically transport the vehicle. Our services end when the carrier is assigned and contacts you regarding pickup and delivery of the
vehicle.

Auto Relocation Specialist and the carrier are not responsible for the transport of personal items in the vehicle. Federal law prohibits Auto Relocation Specialist or the carrier from doing so. Shippers (or agents) who transport personal items in the vehicle do so at their own risk. Please
check with your private insurance to determine if coverage exists. Auto Relocation Specialist. will not be responsible for demurrage at any port facility.

Auto Relocation Specialist nor the carrier will be held responsible for vandalism, acts of God (fire, flooding, hail, sand storms, tornadoes, earthquakes, etc.) or objects flying from the road or sky during transport. Shippers (or agents) should maintain their own insurance for these reasons.

Auto Relocation Specialist will perform due diligence to insure carriers are fully insured. Carriers are responsible for the vehicle while the vehicle is in their possession. Auto Relocation Specialist is not responsible for any damage done to the vehicle while in the carrier's
possession.

There should be an inspection performed by the carrier at both the time of pickup and delivery and a Bill of Lading completed. Shipper (or agent) should inspect the vehicle carefully with the carrier at both the time of pickup and delivery. Shipper (or agent) is responsible for proper
preparation of the vehicle for transport. All loose parts, fragile or protruding accessories, low hanging spoilers, fog lights, antennas, etc. must be removed and/or properly secured. Any part that falls off in transit is shipper's (agent's) responsibility, including damages done by said part
to any and all vehicles involved.

If damage to the vehicle should occur, all money owed for the transport must be paid to the carrier to initiate a claim. Damage must be properly noted on the Bill of Lading and signed by both the carrier and shipper (or agent). Without proper notation of damage on the carrier's Bill of Lading, shipper (or agent) verifies that the vehicle was received in good condition. Auto Relocation Specialist must be notified by phone within 24 hours of delivery of the damage. Auto Relocation Specialist will support shipper (or agent) in filing insurance claims. Claims are to be filed directly with the carrier's insurance. If the vehicle is valued at a higher than market rate, we suggest you purchase a special insurance rider.

This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington and subject to the jurisdiction of Clark County, Vancouver, Washington. Shipper (or agent) specifically waives any right to jurisdiction of this matter at any other location. Auto Relocation Specialist is only liable for up to the amount of the deposit paid.

Our company will match any price quoted by a 4 or 5 star rated Company on Transport reviews. The matched price is only valid for up to 5 days. If a carrier cannot be dispatched within the 5 days the price will go up to the original quoted price. If the order is canceled a $75 cancellation fee will
be applied.
